Steamed coral

⟿ What do you need for the sauce: 

⟿ 4 cloves of crushed roasted garlic, 

⟿ 4 cloves of red chilli powder, 

⟿ 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 

⟿ 1-2 teaspoons of lemon rind, 

⟿ 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 

⟿ Salt to taste, 

⟿ 1 tablespoon of sugar, 

⟿ 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves , 

⟿ 2 tablespoons of olive oil.


Other 

 whole coral fish more or less 800 gms, 

⟿ Chicken cubes 1, 

⟿ Ginger powder 1-2 tablespoons, 

⟿ Crushed garlic 1 tablespoon, 

⟿ Lemon grass powder 1 tablespoon, 

⟿ Lemon juice 1-2 tablespoons, 

⟿ Lemon leaves 5, 

⟿ Salt 1 Teaspoon, 

⟿ 1-2 cups of water.


How to make: Mix all the ingredients of the sauce together.

Leave the whole coral fish scales, cut the abdomen lengthwise, clean it, wash it and drain the water. Put lemon grass, ginger powder, garlic and lemon leaves in the stomach of the fish. Apply lemon juice and salt on the fish. Mix chicken cubes in water and pour over fish. Boil water in the steamer and put the fish with the plate and steam for 20-25 minutes. When the fish is cooked, take it out. Pour the previously prepared sauce over the fish. Great steamed hole coral of different taste was made.

Rupchanda Fry Recipe

 


Rupchanda Fry


What you need: 

➨ 1 large Rupchanda, 

➨ 1 tablespoon onion paste, 

➨ 1-2 teaspoons garlic paste, 

➨ 1-2 teaspoons ginger paste, 

➨ 2 teaspoons chilli powder, 

➨ 1-2 teaspoons black pepper powder, 

➨ 1-3 teaspoons turmeric powder , 

➨ Lemon juice 1-2 teaspoons, 

➨ Oil 1-2 cups,

➨ Lemon rind 1-2 teaspoons,

➨ Salt to taste, 

➨ Coarse onion powder 1-2 cups, 

➨ Green pepper 8 tbsp.


How to do: 

Cut the Rupchanda fish diagonally on both sides with a knife. Make a paste by mixing 1 tablespoon of oil and other spices together. Spread this paste well on the fish and marinate for 1-2 hours. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. On a low flame, fry the fish back and forth until golden. In this pan fry the remaining oil with onion and chilli. Shake a pinch of salt and pour over the fish. Diameter, ready to serve Rupchanda Fry.
