Kala Bhuna Mangso Chattogram Taste




The name Kala Bhuna of Guru's meat has an old weakness for those who are thirsty for food. This is a traditional recipe of Chittagong. If you want to get the real flavor of kala bhuna recipe, you have to follow every pole nut shown by me. The way I presented the Kala Bhuna recipe, hopefully no one will be deprived of the taste of authentic Kala Bhuna after this.

Another confusion for the viewers in this recipe is whether to give water or not. Leaving water out of fresh meat, which is why I didn’t have to add any water to my cooking. If you need water to boil your meat, you must give it. However, boil the water, because if you give cold water, the color will not be good and it will take more time.

Creating -
  ➤ To marinate the meat and cook
  ➤ 2 kg of beef (must have all bones, fat)

  ➤ Raw onion: 1 cup in marinade, 1 cup at the end of cooking
  ➤ Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  ➤ 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
  ➤ Pepper 10/12
  ➤ 7/8 kebab sugar
  ➤ 5/6 small cardamoms
  ➤ 3 bay leaves
  ➤ Long 7/8
  ➤ Cinnamon approximately 10/12 cm
  ➤ 3 large cardamoms
  ➤ Star Anis spices 3/4
  ➤ 2 tablespoons of chilli powder
  ➤ Turmeric powder 0.5 teaspoon
  ➤ 1 tablespoon of salt
  ➤ 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds
  ➤1 cup of cooking oil (take only onion oil)
  ➤ 0.5 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  ➤ 1 nutmeg stump (not fried)
  ➤ Approximately 3/4 gram Jayatri
  ➤ 0.5 teaspoon of fried cumin seeds
  ➤ Hot spice loaf: 0.5 teaspoon during cooking, 0.5 teaspoon at the end of cooking
  ➤ Radhuni spice loaf: 0.5 teaspoon during cooking, 0.5 teaspoon at the end of cooking

  Add mesh again with spices
 ➤ 1 cup of mustard oil
 ➤ 0.5 cups chopped onion
 ➤ Garlic powder 1 tbsp
 ➤ Ginger powder 1 tbsp
 ➤ 10/12 dried chillies
