    Cooking Ingredient :
⤁ 3 eggs
⤁ 40 g sugar
⤁ 1 g salt
⤁ Vanilla Extract 3g

⤁ Green Tea Powder 3g
⤁ 375 g milk
⤁ 50 g of unsalted butter

⤁ 45 g sugar
⤁ Cream Cheese 300g
⤁ 2g vanilla extract

    Cooking Process :
1. Unpack the egg, add sugar and salt vanilla extract and mix.
2. Sift the flour and green tea powder, add 100g of milk, mix, add all the remaining milk, mix, add the melted unsalted butter and mix.
3. After sieving, let the refrigerator rest for 30 minutes or more.
4. Put the pan on low heat, apply cooking oil, pour the dough and spread it out. When the air bubbles rise, turn it over and cook it slightly.
5. Add sugar to the fresh cream, whip it slightly, and add cold cream cheese and vanilla extract to whip to make the cream.
6. Spread the chilled crepe with overlapping ends and apply cream.
7. Place the cream thickly at the beginning, place the cut melon, cover it with cream, and roll it tightly.
8. Wrap in paper foil and harden for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
