➺ 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice, 

➺ 1 teaspoon emulsion,

➺ 1 cup of whipped milk for garnish, 

➺ 1 quarter of icing sugar, 

➺ 1 tablespoon of gelatin, 

➺ A few drops of lemon jelly color, 

➺ Lemon slices and lemon peel as desired.


Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda and pour together, foam 3 egg whites and beat with icing sugar.

If you don't have an egg beater, you can beat it with a whip or spoon. In this case it will take more time. When the icing sugar is mixed, beat it again with 3 yolks. Now beat with butter, lemon peel, food coloring, lemon emulsion. If you don't have butter, you can use the same amount of oil. Mix the flour mixture little by little.

Put the paper in the cake mold and brush the oil or butter and pour the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Beat the whipped cream and beat again with icing sugar. Melt the gelatin in hot water and when it cools down, make a cream by beating it. When the cake is ready, cut it into 3 or 4 layers. Brush each layer of cake with sugar syrup (2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to make syrup). Apply cream on each layer and cover with cream all around. You can decorate the top by mixing a little lemon jelly color with cream. You can decorate it with a thin slice or peel of lemon as per your choice.
